Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Economy shipping uses the most efficient carrier available, which may include USPS or other regional carriers.
Shipping Details
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once shipped
Shopify Collective Orders
Orders fulfilled through Shopify Collective partners will:
- Ship separately from your Garden & Grove items
- Be charged separately at the shipping rates set by the individual vendor
You may receive multiple shipments and tracking numbers if your order includes Collective items.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@shopgardenandgrove.com within 5 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
